We worked with our customers to determine the best face sizes for both men and women. We went with a larger than average face size to give the Teleio watches a bold yet clean look.

We offer 60 day returns on all of your orders. If you are not fully satisfied, please return your product within 60 days. Please reach out to our Customer Support at support@teleiowatches.com to schedule the return. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. A flat rate of USD 19 will be deducted from your refund per item to cover return shipping, handling, and restocking. All returns must be unused and in original condition. The film on the face must not be removed from the watch or else we cannot process your return.
If you received a damaged product, please reach out to us within 7 days so we can replace this product for you. After 7 days, we cannot honor this request. Reach out to our support team at support@teleiowatches.com.
It usually takes 24 hours for us to process your return from the moment we receive it back at our facility. As soon as we receive your product back to the warehouse, we will refund your purchase. Please allow 5-7 days for the funds to return back to your account.
An exchange can be made within 30 days of receiving your order. The item you wish to exchange must be in pristine condition, with all original packaging and units. You may exchange your order for an item of equal or lesser value. You will be refunded the difference if the exchange is for a lower-priced item and bill you the difference for a higher-priced item. Shipping fees will be applied to the exchange based on the shipping destination.
