If I am buying internationally, do I have to pay for import taxes?
As an international buyer, it is your duty to verify the costs for purchasing products overseas. Each country charges different fees and taxes.
Teleio cannot is not responsible for any taxes and fees charged by your country. Please contact your local customs office for regarding this information.
How long does it take to ship my order?
After payment verification, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This time is different for weekends and holidays. Purchases made after 1 pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. An order after 1 pm EST on a Friday will likely be shipped out on the next Monday.
Changing my order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
What type of movement to you use?
We only uses the best parts and materials to create our watches. The movement we use is a Swiss Ronda Movement which is known for it's high quality and dependability.
What is the warranty?
Telios has a limited 2 year warranty that covers manufacturer's defects. If you receive a product that is damaged, or does not function properly, it is our duty to replace this product. However, this does not cover damage that you yourself inflicted upon the product over time. We do not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Please be ready to provide your proof of purchase from your authorized dealer.
Are the watches water-proof?
All of our watches are 3ATM waterproof. Suitable for everyday use. Splash/rain resistant. Not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkelling, water related work and fishing.
What type of leather do you use?
The leather we use is Top Grain leather. This is simply the highest quality leather that ages well and lasts a long time.
What is the glass made of?
We use sapphire crystal glass. This glass is scratch resistant and is one of the highest quality glasses used in the watch industry.
